2007 Track: (Outdoor) Earned two podium finishes at the PSAC Championships finishing fourth in the 3,000 meters in 10:25 and 6th at 5,000 meters in 18:35... Ran the 5k in an NCAA provisional time of 17:28.66 at the Penn Relays... Finished fourth in the 3000 meters in a conference-qualifying time of 10:43 at the ESU All-American Meet... At the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic, finished the 5K in 17:38 to earn on a spot on the national provisional qualifying list... At the Jim Taylor Invitational, finished in the top five in two middle-distance events held just an hour and a half apart. In the 800 meters, she finished in 2:26.58, good for fifth place and in the 1,500 meters she took third place out of 20 competitors finishing in 4:57.93, a conference-qualifying time... In the 5K, took 10th place in a PSAC Qualifying time of 18:56.74 at the Fred Hardy Invitational... Finished fourth in the 1,500-meters at the Radfors Invitational.

2007 Track: (Indoor) Earned two podium finishes at the PSAC Championships including All-Conference honors in the 5,000-meters where she took third place in 18:09.33. She also finished fifth (10:27.47) in the 3K race... In the mile at the East Challenge Meet, she finished fourth in 5:25.36 and was part of the distance medley relay team that took third place in 13:19.28.... Was the first Division II finisher in the 5K at the Armory Meet, running a PSAC-qualifying time of 18:15.67 which gave her 5th place overall... Ran a PSAC Championship qualifying time of 10:47.92 in the 3,000 meters at the Bucknell Bison Open.

2006 XC: Placed 8th in the NCAA East Regionals, earning All-Region honors... Finished 12th at the PSAC Championships... Took fifth place at the Slippery Rock Invitational... Placed third in the Husky Invitational... Took seventh place in the Bucknell Bision Open.

2006 Track: (Indoor) Was 48th out of 180 runners at the 2005 NCAA Championships... Earned a trip to the NCAA Championships placing fifth in regionals in 22:07... Took All-PSAC Honors placing 4th at the PSAC Championships in 22:30... Took second in the mile (5:26.05) and first (12:54:44) as part of the distance medley team at the East Challenge Meet... Placed second in the 5000-meter run at the DeShriver Invitational at East Stroudsburg in a time of 19:00.03... Was the top Bloomsburg finisher in the 3000 meters at the Bison Open placing fouth in a conference-qualifying time of 10:48... Took second place in 5000 meters at the Orange and Maroon Classic in a conference qualifying time of 18:48.

2005 XC: Placed third (23:25) at the Slippery Rock Invitational leading the Huskies to a second place team finish... Finished 10th at the Bison Open with a time of 18:56.... Took third place (22:10) at the Lock Haven Invitational to lead the Huskies to a second place overall finish... Finished fifth at Penn State's Spiked Shoe guiding the team to a fourth place overall finish... Named the PSAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for her performance at the Lock Haven Invitational...Finished third at the Lock Haven Invitational in a time of 22:10 for the 6K course.

2005 Track: (Outdoor) Ran an NCAA-provisional qualifying time of 17:32.88 in the 5000 meters at Bucknell...Took second in the 3000 meters at West Chester in 10:34.99, a PSAC-qualifying time...Ran a PSAC-qualifying time of 17:49 in the 5000 meters at the Raleigh Relays... Finished 15th in the 1500 meters at Virginia Commonwealth with a PSAC qualifying time of 4:53. (Indoor) Placed second in the 3000 meters at the DeShriver Invitational in 10:52.59, a PSAC qualifying time...Finished the 3000 meters at Bucknell in a time of 11:07.36...Finished second in the 5000 in a time of 18:56.46 at Susquehanna, good enough to qualify for the PSAC Championships.

2004 XC: Was the Huskies top finisher at the NCAA Regional meet placing 10th in a time of 21:47...Finished in a team best 11th place at the PSAC Championships in a time of 23:30 to help lead the Huskies to a sixth place finish overall...Was the Huskies top finisher at the Penn State National Race coming in 53rd place in a time of 22:19...Won the Husky Invitational with a time of 23:37.30, leading the team to a first-place finish...Took third at the Gulden Invitational at Bucknell in a time of 22:40...Bloomsburg's top finisher at the Bison Open at Bucknell, taking second place in 18:47...Had an impressive showing at the Penn State Spiked Shoe finishing 22nd in 23:03.
